The internship at UAB Baltic transline was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It’s a place where interns are really looked at as potential employees. The tasks given to me helped me understand many internal processes that form the basis of the Company’s activities, also the extent of responsibility, thoroughness and attentiveness needed to accomplish professional assignments. As the executives that constitute the Company’s administration treat you as an equal, I was provided help, advice and comprehensive explanations about how specific tasks must be done every time I had any questions. I sincerely recommend internships at Baltic transline, because the Company creates possibilities to gain useful experience, participate in wholesome and interesting internship activities and get a professional offer to join their staff afterwards.

My internship at UAB Baltic transline was a wonderful experience. From the very first day, I was fascinated by the youthful and friendly team, which treated me as their colleague starting from my first professional steps in the Company. This was a crucial factor for me in finding even more motivation to learn and acquire as much knowledge as possible. UAB Baltic Transline provided me with numerous possibilities to get the experience I needed, and my colleagues accepted me as a part of their team and promptly answered all of my questions. I was very happy to become a part of the Company after my internship had ended.
