Business Analyst

We are currently looking to recruit a BUSINESS ANALYST to join us at Baltic Transline. You will have an opportunity to join a new IT unit and take on serious technological challenges that will disrupt the logistics industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture and document business requirements both at a high and detailed level;

Support the team on day to day basis by clarifying detailed questions about the requirements;

Participate in scope planning, backlog estimation, and slicing;

Work closely with Solution Architects and Product Owners to populate and maintain the Product Backlog and Product Roadmap;

Document and communicate the results of your efforts;

Establish strong working relationships with Product Owners and working groups to drive the continued development of the Global IT product suite;

Ensure IT solutions meet business needs and requirements.

What we expect:

Proven experience as IT Business Analyst, Functional designer, Systems analyst;

Effective collaboration skills with the project team and all levels of management;

Excellent communication skills – both written and oral;

Teamwork and relationship-building skills;

Experience in Logistics (huge plus but not necessary).
